A number of years ago I presented a hands-on workshop in how to make yeast breads for people who had never worked with yeast or made homemade bread. I had a guest speaker at the workshop, named Marge Africa, who specialized in selling and offering wonderful whole wheat breads at the local farm market. Marge has since passed on but she had granted me permission to create her recipes into a PDF format that could be shared. While searching for a favorite recipe I discovered her wonderful collection of yeast breads again.
