Canning Tomatoes

Canning of Tomatoes are done for the season. Had purchased a box of organic tomatoes to make into canned tomatoes for the shelve. Had used up all of the canned jars from 2023 so am now stocked up for another year. The tomatoes are winding down in the garden. Any left will turn into tomatoe soup when they get ripe.
